How To Measure Your Feet

  1. If possible, wear socks similar to the ones you will be wearing with the shoes.
  2. While seated, place your foot on a piece of paper in front of you.
  3. Trace around your foot with a pencil. Be sure to keep the pencil as close to the foot as possible.
  4. To determine the length of your foot, use a ruler to measure the distance between the two furthest points on your tracing.
  5. Make use of the size guide above and find the measurement closest to your foot length. Choose the shoe size that corresponds to the respective measurement.

This size chart is a guide. In certain circumstances, the sizing of individual items might differ slightly from the measurements described in the chart

Collect your order
Select one of our stores during checkout and collect your order at a time that's convenient for you.

Please Note:

  • Click & Collect orders take 5-7 working days to reach your selected store, from the day after your order is placed.
  • You will be notified via email & SMS when your order is ready for collection.
  • You will need proof of ID and your Pargo code in order to collect your order.
  • Selected products are not available for Click & Collect delivery due to their size and/or weight. If these products are in your shopping cart, you will not see this option during checkout.
  • We currently only deliver within South Africa.
     

Have your order delivered to you
There are 2 options for delivery to your address, as follows:

  • Standard delivery:
    • 5-7 working days from the day after your order is placed.
    • Friends & Family Community members get FREE standard delivery for orders over R500, otherwise delivery will be FREE for orders over R750.
    • Delivery for orders less than R500 will be charged at R60.
       
  • Expedited delivery:
    • 2-3 working days from the day after your order is placed.
    • Delivery will be charged at R95 for all orders.

Please Note:

  • We will only deliver to a physical address, not P.O. Box addresses.
  • Please provide us with a physical address that is normally occupied during office hours as deliveries take place between 08h30 and 17h00 on weekdays (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Every delivery must be signed and endorsed, as proof of delivery.
  • Additional delivery charges may apply to outlying areas, as well as the delivery of selected goods. If applicable, this will be highlighted during the checkout process.
  • We currently only deliver within South Africa.
