How Long and How Much?
We offer FREE delivery on Tread+Miller online purchases over R500. Orders under R500 will be charged an additional R60 shipping fee. Orders will take a maximum of 5 working days to be delivered, depending on where you have asked us to deliver and the availability of the products that you’ve ordered.
Please note: Delivery times go into effect the business day after the order is placed. Delivery times on sale/ promotional items can take up to 7 working days.
All online orders placed with Tread+Miller will be delivered within SA borders by our courier partners, RAM Express Couriers. You can read their terms and conditions here.
We offer a door-to-door delivery service for each and every order from Tread+Miller. Please provide us with a physical address that is normally occupied during office hours and note that RAM Couriers will not deliver to PO Box numbers/addresses. Upon receipt deliveries need to be signed and endorsed as proof of delivery.
How can I Track My order?
You can determine the status of your order using your unique order number in the ‘Track My Order’ feature on our website.

If you’re not content with your online purchase from www.treadandmiller.co.za, you can return the item(s) in one of two ways:
Return the selected item(s) to your nearest Tread+Miller store, together with your invoice, and your return will be dealt with in accordance with the principles established in Tread+Miller’s Five Way Guarantee. Read more on our Five Way Guarantee here
Call our friendly agents via 021 464 6467 or email [email protected] to arrange for a pick up and/or exchange with our courier. Send the selected item back to our online shop, together with your invoice, and your credit card will be refunded with the appropriate amount.

Tread+Miller employs a "5 Way Guarantee" that we have tailor-made for our customers:
1. Price Matching
Tread+Miller will "price match" any identical article currently advertised and currently available from other retailers. The store manager will simply undertake a telephonic verification and thereafter match the price.
Please note: Tread+Miller does not, unfortunately, price match online stores (e-tailers). Please contact [email protected] should you require more information.
2. Returns and Exchanges
Any product may be returned for credit, exchange or refund within 12 months from date of purchase provided that the merchandise is unused and is returned in its original box/wrapping together with a valid invoice.
3. Specials and Promotions
Should any item purchased go on special or promotion within one month of the date of purchase, the customer, on producing a valid invoice, shall be entitled to a refund of the difference between the original price and the special/promotion. Please note: This excludes items featuring in Online Flash Sales.
Irrespective of guarantees offered by any manufacturer, Tread+Miller will guarantee all items sold by us to give reasonable wear and tear. Repairs, returns and credits will be sanctioned by the store manager in consultation with the customer. In the case of any guarantee claims, proof of purchase must be produced.
5. Purchases by foreigners
We welcome foreign visitors and will accept all major credit cards for any purchases. In- store purchases may be settled in foreign currency and credit cards - free of commission - at the ruling currency rate of a major commercial bank. Documentation to enable refunds for VAT will be provided, free of charge, on request.
